Bocas del Toro - gorgeous caribbean islands, more sand, more surf and the cheapest beer in central america!

Its illegal for a bloke to walk around topless.. i was cautioned..

Boquete - walking high in the mountains amongst the coffee plantations again.

Chatting with the natives.. she made us home grown coffee.. and wanted to know all about princess diana!
